We’re currently seeking a top-tier individual to join us as Mid-Level Back End Software Engineer. Using C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks such as .NET Core, the mid-level back-end software engineer works in a rapidly evolving Engineering environment to deliver dynamic products to our end users.

In this role, we’ll expect you to:

Build and deliver both internal and external customer-facing Web applications.

Application Development

● Maintain the highest level of code quality by implementing best software development practices.

● Ensure applications delivered work on all major browsers and platforms.

● Drive our technology stack forward by being a leader, learner, and sharer.

● Complete sprint items in order to deliver an overall product on time with the highest quality.

● Work with Product and other Engineers to produce the best product possible.

● Participates in rapidly evolving technical and architectural meetings.

● Actively participates in all SDLC meetings found in an Agile Scrum environment.

● Explores new ways to move fast and not break things to help push us further into the CI/CD world.

● Effectively provides estimates involving time needed to complete stories.

Our ideal candidate has:

● Proficient at C# running on .NET Core and/or other similar .NET frameworks.

● Proficient with writing Unit Tests in C#.

● Proficient at SQL running on SQL Server and/or other similar environments.

● Proficient at building intelligent solutions to complex problems.

● Proficient at managing one’s own time.

We’re able to consider your application only if you have:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar experience.

● 3-5 years of C# experience.

● 3-5 years .NET Core or similar .NET framework experience.

● 3-5 years SQL experience through school or work.

● Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills.

We’d love it if you also had….

● Proficient with implementing Design Patterns in C#, including but not limited to C# Design Patterns that use SOLID principles.

● Proficient with writing C# Unit Tests using Unit Testing Frameworks such as Moq, XUnit, and Fluent Assertions.

● Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps or other similar pipeline technologies.
