Mailroom Associate - Graveyard As part of the night shift team for Mail Disbursement, you’ll help start the workflow for the coming day’s productivity. You’ll be accomplishing tasks that create a smooth transition for the day shift to finish completing the day’s assigned work. Whether it’s processing mail bags, sorting mail or picking up mail from the local USPS, you’ll be contributing to meeting Mail Disbursement’s overall team goals. Graveyard shift 11:00pm - 7:30am Responsibilities Mail Bags (empty and set-up for business day) Outgoing U.S. Mail (sort contents in mail bags and prep for Day Shift) Inter-office Mail (sort branch mail from administrative mail) Mail Runs (distribute inter-office mail throughout building) USPS mail pick-ups (drive mail van to pick-up mail in the early morning) Other tasks that may be assigned to help achieve the goals of the day. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required. Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Must be able to operate all office equipment, including but not limited to desk top computers, calculators, phones, etc. Must be able to demonstrate effective organizational skills, multi-task and attention to detail is imperative. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrated customer service skills possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will be required to interact with a wide variety of people at different levels of the organization. Must possess outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills. Posses a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire. The starting pay range for this position is: $16.80 - $22.40 Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance. . Salary : $17 - $22
