- Provide excellent customer service to the agency's customers.
- Process policy changes and corresponding documents.
- Provide Insurance Certificates & Evidence of Property Insurance
- Proficient in carrier websites for processing changes.
- Meets with clients as needed or directed by producer.
- Participate in carrier/wholesaler meetings for relationship development.
- New Jersey P&C License
- Knowledge of AMS 360 preferred
- A minimum of 3 years insurance customer service experience
- A cheerful disposition and willingness to solve customer problems
- A proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to navigate online
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong telephone skills
