Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator will serve as a strategic partner to the Operational Excellence and Learning and Development teams to ensure the overall training experience is best-in-class for both the facilitators and learners across all of Acrisure. This is accomplished through actively planning, anticipating, and coordinating logistics for training programs and events from planning to learner feedback. This position will also serve as the primary point of contact for technical support in learning platforms and the creation and dissemination of training communication needs. This position will be located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training logistics and details through effective planning and collaboration across Acrisure, including:
- Scheduling and reserving training locations & technology (in-person and/or virtual),
- Ordering and receiving refreshments, snacks, and or meals,
- Coordinating the disbursement of Acrisure swag,
- Managing needed materials,
- Setting up events & preparing the space (i.e., name tents, name tags), and
- Reporting on training acceptance (RSVPs) and attendance, etc.
- Provide technical support on learning platforms (i.e., LinkedIn Learning, Workday LMS, and Articulate)
- Manage the training calendar, both lead by HR Learning and Development team and Operational Excellence
- Support the creation and dissemination of communication needs, including pre- and post-training emails, flyers, communications, surveys, recording, websites, etc.
- Administering and coordinating the logistics of training program needs, such as community partnerships and grants
- Provides support in learning analytics and reporting needs
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem solving, and prioritization skills
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a willingness to obtain additional education in the Learning and Development profession
- Two (2) or more years of experience in training, education, communication, and/or administrative roles
- Experience in a corporate environment, preferred
- Experience in learning management tools, including Workday, LinkedIn Learning, and Articulate, preferred
