To fuel that growth, we have another exciting opportunity as a remotePersonal Lines Account Manager with American Casualty Insurance Agency, an Acrisure Agency partner.

This position is responsible for working with personal lines accounts on prospective and existing business opportunities. The position will identify client needs and recommend products that will address them.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverages
• Review of policies, verifies accuracy
• Set priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities
• Investigate client issues and resolve problems
• Make recommendations upon client needs & demographics
• Process renewals according to agency procedures.
• Complete applications, submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers, follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies
• Maintain communication on a regular basis with clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Interface with other departments to ensure proper client service
• Process incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately
• Determine reasons for request for cancellations; act to save accounts

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Property & Casualty insurance license, required
• Minimum of three (3) years personal lines insurance industry experience or related work, required
• Active Property & Casualty license, required

Technology Skills:

• Applied Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Technical Skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to comprehend written/verbal instructions
