As our business continues to grow, we are hiring for an experienced CSR to join our close-knit, dynamic team. The CSR acts as a liaison between clients, account managers and insurance carriers to resolve complex service issues that require policy interpretation and experience-based judgment to resolve.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to both Renewal and New Business Teams by answering calls and assisting clients, lenders, and other 3rd party request.
• Process and issue Certificates of Insurance
• Maintaining accurate records through our agency management system (AMS360)

Requirements:

• AZ Commercial Property & Casualty License

Education/Experience:

• 2 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience
• AMS 360 experience preferred, similar agency management system is acceptable
• Intermediate-Advanced user of Office 365 - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
