Job Summary:

LassiterWare is currently looking to add to our team with an exciting opportunity for a Small Business Account Manager in our Leesburg, Maitland, or Tampa location. This position is responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous support to clients and coworkers while managing a book of business. This individual will have a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provides prompt and accurate support to clients.
• Prepares, requests, and sends binders to insureds.
• Counsel and market to existing clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Requirements:

• Have a valid State of Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• AMS360 or similar agency management software experience, a plus.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
• Minimum of two-years successful sales experience.

• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
• Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding
• sensitive information
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
