What you'll be doing:
- Effectively communicating with clients via phone, providing them with SUPERB
- Take inbound and outbound client service calls (i.e., experience scheduling appointments for service and maintenance requests).
- Dispatching our technicians, maintaining our technicians' schedules, and managing conflict resolution with our customers.
- Maintaining continuous communication with our technicians and contact our clients with any appointment updates.
- Follow necessary dispatching procedures (buttoning down all things before we can dispatch a tech to another call); the Dispatcher is the last person to see things get done.
- Represent the Acree way- Positive, Passionate, and Professional.
- Available shift: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM, with one-week on-call and 1 Saturday a Month.
What we are Looking for:
- Must have 1-2 years of experience with on-call dispatching.
- Must be experienced with Customer and Client Care work.
- Must multi-task, act with urgency, and think fast.
- Ideal experience with warranties (relating to home services, appliances, etc.).
- Basic computer skills (ability to learn and pick up software/systems quickly, i.e., client management software).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS.
- MS Excel or Google Suites is a plus (used daily).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
