Job Description
- Candidate must be experienced (5 years) and seasoned in TI commercial and Industrial type projects.
- Provide direction and assistance for the resolution of challenging and at times complex construction estimating problems.
- Project and develop costs of upcoming construction projects and provide information working with Project Managers and subcontractor bidders.
- Present estimates to project management team in a timely manner for submittal to client on established due date.
- Create and maintain a estimates and purchase orders in company database.
- Develop and maintain relationship with company vendors and contractors.
- Maintain document trail to facilitate internal audits.
- Ensure alignment between the cost estimate and project schedule and execution strategy.
- Must be able to multitask several projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to assist and attend job walks.
- Must be able to pass a DOD Security Clearance
Must be a US Citizen/Person
Must provide a recent resume, and recent address
