Acloche is Hiring a Branch Operations Manager Near Delaware, OH

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to oversee an established, successful staffing operation in the Delaware, Ohio market.

The Branch Manager’s primary objective is to maintain overall sales and service efforts within the assigned territory while leading a profitable operation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive client service and relationship-building experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience managing a profit center

Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately staff and manage the operation by hiring, coaching, mentoring, and providing direction to all branch employees
  • Oversee and maintain client service activities within territory
  • Develop and grow client base by marketing staffing solutions
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Create sales presentations, conduct sales calls and presentations, and negotiate and complete sales contracts
  • Consistently participate in networking organizations and events
  • Oversee all recruiting efforts for territory
  • Forecast recruiting requirements and develop and execute effective, detailed recruiting plans
  • Administer performance management process
  • Prepare revenue and SG&A budgets

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in staffing, service, or HR-related industry
  • Previous client service experience
  • Previous leadership experience (supervisory and P&L)
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • This position is in-person and local travel is required.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary negotiable based on previous experience
  • Placement commissions and quarterly bonuses based on performance
