Achieve Medical Weight Loss is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Jacksonville, NC location. You will work directly with our patients in the clinic to help with weight loss and maintaining a healthy lifestyle of living. Our Jacksonville location is open on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays, hours listed below. Looking for a provider who can work all three days, but open to discussing all options.
Must have DEA.
Clinic Hours:
Monday 2-8pm
Wednesday 8:30-2pm
Saturday 8:30-2pm
Payrate:
65.00-80.00 per Hour/based on days per week you work.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
