- Updated documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes executed in programs supported
- Conduct analysis of an end-to-end process and create detailed process flows of existing processes
- Define and document new procedures as developed to support programs assigned
- Define and document business capabilities and requirements for programs assigned
- Build trusted relationships across the organization to identify subject matter experts, business area needs, objectives, and additional opportunities to support documentation requirements across Client Services
- Act as a consultant to provide subject matter expertise on Process Flow and SOP documentation according to emerging industry best practices and standards
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in documentation of Standard Operating Procedures for process uniformity and to meet compliance/regulatory standards
- Previous experience mapping process flows using industry standard methodologies
- Ability to write detailed and impactful Agile project artifacts which ensure successful implementation (i.e. Stories, Features, Capabilities)
- Previous experience developing robust intake and tracking processes for documentation requests
- Experience with JIRA
