Responsibilities of theRehab Nurse (LPN or RN):

  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Record patients updates and condition.
  • Create patient care plans.
  • Educate other healthcare professionals on providing the best care for patients in rehab.
  • Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients and interpret and record electronic displays.
  • Initiate corrective action whenever the patient displays adverse symptomatology.
  • Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgery patients.
  • Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, and on the appropriate forms.

Requirements of the Rehab Nurse (LPN or RN):

  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Current RN or LPN license in NC
  • Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor

Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment. Reasonable accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis for exemptions to this requirement in accordance with applicable law.
