Accordance Search Group is Hiring a Remote Regional Sales Manager
Position Summary:
You will be a successful regional sales representative of a diagnostic medical device (IVD) and kits into major hospitals and reference labs in the Great Lakes US region. You will:
- Identify, qualify, and build relationships with key decision makers to meet sales goals
- Engage and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic/enterprise accounts to meet sales objectives and goals
- Use Salesforce for opportunity/forecasting management and account maintenance
- Stay abreast and report on the competitive landscape
- Closely collaborate with technical team for installations and pre- and post-install training
- Attend trade shows and conferences as needed
- Extensive travel required
Requirements: Bachelors' degree and minimum3 years of proven success selling into the IVD market (large hospitals and regional reference labs) including instruments, reagent kits, and consumables. Molecular diagnostics (capital equipment) sales experience required!
Compensation: $150K base plus variable. OTE: $230K
Location: You MUST be based near a major metropolitan airport.
