Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and collaborate with our marketing services agency and with Access Sciences leadership to:

• Understand our services and our value propositions in depth
• Create and execute on a holistic marketing strategy that speaks to all our key services
• Build and strengthen messages that describe who we are, and the value propositions we offer to our clients
• Produce marketing collateral, presentations, and client case studies
• Identify target clients and target personae, then develop and execute roadmaps for integrated marketing campaigns to connect targets to our messaging
• Own campaign optimization activities based on real-time feedback
• Coordinate market research to stay abreast of information management trends and their impact on the services we provide
• Coordinate competitor reviews to understand our competitors' core offerings, and develop differentiation messages
• Coordinate client reviews to understand key pain points, and how successful we are delivering our value propositions
• Coordinate logistics for key events, such as conferences, webinars, panel discussions, client peer events, and podcasts
• Direct inbound leads to appropriate people in the company and monitor follow-up
• Maintain our web site, including dynamic content posting and static content improvements
• Coordinate with our recruiting department to develop messaging to attract top-tier recruits
• Track and monitor key success metrics, and use these to adjust strategy and tactics

Manage our brand:

• Enforce brand standards
• Liaise with our copyright attorney
• Manage the marketing budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field
• 6-8 years of marketing or communications experience
• Direct marketing experience in business operations, information technology, and/or business consulting for a service-based organization
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
• Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically
• Must be based in or willing to move to Houston, Texas
