Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Administrator to to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
- Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problem and remains involved in the resolution process.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Here's what you need:
- Experience working with Cisco routers and switches in support of enterprise systems
- Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required OR Five (5) years of additional Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor' s degree.
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required to start
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $102,100 - $141,300 and information on benefits offered is here.
