The work:

The ServiceNow Developer will be part of an Accenture team implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications. The ServiceNow Application Developer will perform the following activities:

- Configure the ServiceNow ITSM application

- Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution

- Carry out migration of the changes to production

- Assist with technical design and documentation
