Job Description: 

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer to work with government and industry customers to develop cloud automation scripts using programming languages. The engineer will provide technical leadership on an agile development team of software engineers, cloud architects, and cybersecurity professionals to design and orchestrate secure cloud solutions for customers. Responsibilities include:

• Apply proficiency in Ansible, Linux, and Kubernetes to automate the deployment and configuration of K8s clusters in AWS using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration-as-code (CaC) methods
• Architect, script for automation (IaC/CaC), deploy, and troubleshoot complex DevSecOps pipeline solutions across AWS cloud workloads hosted at multiple DoD Impact Level enclaves
• Lead the detailed architectural design of cloud environments and networks using Lucidchart
• Lead a team of onsite and remote cloud engineers to solve complex customer requirements
• Perform mostly telework (75%) with certain onsite activities in secure facilities (25%) as needed

Here's what you need:

• 6 years of software engineering, DevOps engineering, or site reliability engineering experience

Bonus points if you have:

• DoD 8570 certification AWS or Azure certification
• AWS or Azure certification(s)
• Kubernetes, Docker, or Istio experience
• Experience building software automation using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, or other languages
• BA or BS degree
