Job Description: 

The Cloud Engineer will work with government and industry customers to deliver secure AWS cloud solutions on an Agile development team. Script cloud infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration-as-code (CaC) using Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible. Support the implementation of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio service mesh, and next-generation firewalls (NGFW). Responsibilities include:

• Gain fluency in AWS while using DevSecOps principles, IaC/CaC cloud automation scripting, and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Istio
• Apply secure cloud computing principles, such as configuring Active Directory or performing STIG work, while collaborating across multiple delivery teams
• Perform a mix of telework and onsite at customer locations in secure government facilities

Here's what you need:

• 3 years of experience as a software engineer, DevSecOps engineer, or site reliability engineer
• AA or AS degree

Bonus points if you have:

• DoD 8570 IAT or IAM certification
• AWS or Azure certification
• BA or BS degree

Security Clearance:

• An active Secret clearance is required to start
• Must maintain DoD Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility
• Must be willing to complete CI Polygraph
