Accelo Inc. is Hiring a Sales Enablement Manager Near Denver, CO

Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Sales Enablement Manager to lead all training initiatives and programs across our sales organization. You will be responsible for all training programs including planning, logistics and operations.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Sales to ensure the success and development of our highly motivated, energetic sales teams. You will work closely with not only Sales, but Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Enhance existing onboarding training programs for newly hired Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and Solutions Consultants
  • Proctor and lead training sessions as a part of the new hire curriculum in live and virtual environments
  • Ensure topics, messaging and exercises are aligned with the product and company’s priorities and strategic direction
  • Maintain strong and professional ongoing relationships with the sales team members
  • Focus on creating continuous learning for sales teams, conduct sales rep and manager assessments and provide coaching and guidance for improvement
  • Develop materials to supplement training programs and discussions
  • Work with enablement management, sales leaders, product marketing and other stakeholders to develop metrics to measure results to ensure delivery methods and practices are innovative and effective

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3 years’ experience in a sales training/enablement, revenue enablement or learning and development
  • 1 years of SaaS sales management experience preferred or 2 years of experience in quota carrying direct sales role
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and sales automation tools (CRM, readiness, content management and learning management)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of SaaS strategic sales cycles, sales process and sales leadership coaching
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and reinforcing a sales methodology (Solution Selling or ProActive Selling preferred), enabling the value selling process
  • Experience in creation of sales enablement programs that focus on competitive differentiation and execution
  • Ability to think creatively and develop training programs/exercises to close gaps, solve problems and improve sales skills
  • A passion for coaching and developing world class talent
  • An attitude that is results-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 OTE, depending on experience.
