Position Summary

We are hiring AM Warehouse Associates for our general warehouse inventory. Our general warehouse inventory team is responsible for organization and maintenance of Accel's inventory and responsibility of pulling/prepping inventory for next day upcoming events. This also includes receiving/cleaning/sorting/storing equipment upon return from day/evening strike events.

Essential Functions

• Using our Accel mobile app, load and unload Accel inventory at customer sites and back at the warehouse.
• Ensure Accel inventory is treated with the highest degree of care, organization cleanliness and tidiness at customer sites and at the warehouse.
• Using our Accel mobile app, pull and prepare upcoming orders, bundling and protecting in accordance with SOPs, health and safety standards.
• Unload, sort and inventory in-bound rentals on return to warehouse.
• Using our Accel mobile app, restock, clean, event-ready inventory in warehouse per SOPs, ensuring Accel inventory is treated with the highest degree of care, safety, and cleanliness.
• Make use of personal protection equipment for your personal safety.
• Maintain general tidiness and organization of the warehouse, proactively seeking new ways to improve systems.
• Maintain active communication with other Accel team members, to ensure product inventory is proactively managed.
• Problem solve issues with inventory and product for events with other Accel team members.
• Help other departments as assigned (Linen/Dish/Tents).

Experience Required

• Ability to demonstrate clear communication, multi-tasking, and execution of complex instructions under tight deadlines is a must.
• Ability to demonstrate diligence and proactive results driven work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs. Please let Accel know of any physical limitations.

Education: High School diploma or GED or equivalent

License: Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record/abstract.

Communication:

• Written/verbal communication skills
• Must have a smart phone with the ability to download and use applications
• Ability to use Accel company mobile application.

Work Environment:

• This is an hourly part-time/on-call position.
• This position primarily operates in a warehouse and/or outdoor environment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
