Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organize and lead regulatory and agency inspections, audits, investigations, and inquiries regarding the control and assessment of product design and manufacturing quality.
- Coach, develop, direct, train, and evaluate the work of quality improvement personnel.
- Develop and maintain internal/external relationships with key customers, divisions, and departments in order to promote and maintain business operations and growth.
- Manage customer complaint and reject process to ensure accurate root cause analysis, timely response, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor site quality metrics and develop counter measures as needed.
- Provide training of root cause tools, statistics, and quality systems.
- Adhere to core values and all safety and quality requirements including; Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, U.S. Food & Drug Administration regulations, and other requirements.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or applicable Technical field.
- 3 years' leading a Quality Team or 3 years' supervisory experience in a similar field.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Highly skilled in Quality tools.
- Experience with environmental monitoring practices and testing.
- Proficient in Risk Management.
- Ability to lead conversations with customers and auditors.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
