What We Are Looking For:
The new colleague we are looking for to join our team is analytical, independent, proactive, and has a problem-solving mindset. You are a team player and able to work in a hectic and dynamic work environment. Taking responsibility and being accountable are within your comfort zone. You want to make an impact within the organization you work for and you want to grow and learn all the time. During the execution of your tasks, there’s nothing you miss. You are a perfectionist, are capable to juggle many balls in the air, and make sure you unburden your colleagues where possible. When necessary, you involve them to make sure you, together, reach the optimal result. You’ve got a clear view of what it takes to give some insight in group performances from a result, risk, and compliance point of view. You’re a professional and have a proven track record for an efficient audit process. You are the one that makes sure you meet all expectations. This role requires strong financial skills as well as the ability to liaise with counters internally and raise the finance awareness bar within the business.
We are looking for a candidate that would have similar experience to an applicant from Big Four with two or three busy seasons under their belt who can work autonomously. Please consider this required experience prior to application. You will be managing an accounting junior and responsible for all reporting and operations of the team including billing/invoicing, AR collections, payments of vendors, cashflow management, producing executive reports, FP&A, and commercial due diligence.
