Our company is seeking an efficient and professional Equipment Operators to join our team. The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery, ensuring all safety protocols are taken into account, and ensuring that the work area is always clear of debris and safe to operate in. The successful candidate will have a history of working with large machinery. The positions we have open are at our Crowley, Iota, & Branch barns.
Responsibilities:
- Greasing heavy equipment
- Operating tractors
- Bush hog cutting of road shoulders
Applicants:
- Must know the principles of operating and servicing specialized construction and maintenance equipment, knowledge of traffic law and regulations governing automotive equipment operation
- Must have the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must have the ability to perform physical labor required of the position
- May be asked to perform miscellaneous job duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.50 - $12.50 per hour
