Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented email marketing manager to lead our email marketing strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end and managing the email database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email campaigns
• Be a power user and serve as the product owner, instance architect and expert user of Marketo
• Manage email calendaring
• Identify target audiences and implement segmentation strategies
• Upgrade our email templates
• Build emails
• Pre-deployment testing and proofreading emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Analyze key email metrics to identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimization
• Monitor email deliverability and reputation
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Stay current with new developments and emerging technologies in the email environment

Requirements and Skills:

• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Hands on experience with HTML
• Strong project management skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Marketo experience preferred
• Written communication and copywriting skills a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study or related experience
• Experience and/or knowledge of higher education and higher ed marketing a plus

Salary Range: $65,000-75,000

Location: This position is open to Denver-metro area based candidates working remotely in the U.S.
