Job Summary: Bartenders will be responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers. able to mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. The purpose of this position is to interact with the hotel guests and ensure they have a great experience at the bar, lounge, or restaurant.
Bartenders should maintain positive guest interactions while accurately preparing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
PREREQUISITES:
Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking and other languages are advantages. Good personality and Positive interpersonal skills required. Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Service Card, where applicable. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance. Walk and stand for long periods of time. Stoop and kneel intermittently throughout day.
EDUCATION:
High School or equivalent or 1 year diploma in hotel management.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous bartending experience required.
