Product development engineer for PE based multilayer cast and blown films utilized for products involving flexo printing and wicketed bag converting.
Work will involve new product development, customer product and project management, and technical leadership with production resources.
Multilayer film products will be used primarily for personal care, consumer packaging applications.
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering, Material Science or Polymer Science
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and with teams.
• Comfortable learning and using software used in day-to-day business operations, e.g. ERPs, Excel, Word, MS Teams, etc.
• Ability to travel when required. Estimated at <30%.
