The Senior Program Analyst will coordinate across all stakeholders to support the development of high quality products that will modernized training to the warfighter. The Program Analyst will be responsible for overall quality control of training integrations and executive planning support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for:

• Scheduling routine and ad hoc meetings, developing agendas and documenting meeting minutes
• Establish standardized formats for briefings in accordance with customer standards
• Coordinate review of briefs and proposed decisions among the stakeholders to gain consensus on decisions.
• Provide recommendations for additional meetings or coordination when required to gain consensus and/or raise awareness with all stakeholders.
• Develop briefing material to support communication with senior leadership.
• Coordinate and develop briefing products and materials, reviewing products for quality, formatting, and understanding of content.
• Develop agendas, coordinate, and distribute briefings for senior leadership, at the 4-star level, to promote program decisions.
• Performing other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree with at least 5 years of experience performing the essential functions, of which 2 years must include supporting Navy customers
  • ALLOWABLE SUBSITUTION: 15 years of experience in executive administration, of which 5 years must include performing of the essential functions for Navy customers may substitute for a Master’s degree
• Experience supporting enterprise-level coordination and integration efforts across high interest programs
• Experience with developing briefings and supporting documentation for senior level executives

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of US Navy training requirements and processes is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based collaborative resources such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
