Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs. We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the leadership team within our Risk and Lending Division. The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales efficiency by identifying and implementing sales process best practices, leveraging data and analytics, and delivering on a wide range of support requests from the sales team. This Analyst will work in Salesforce.com as well as other technology platforms to deliver results. This person will report to our Director of Sales Operations. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote.
