RESPONSIBILTIES: Will be responsible for greeting all individuals into the front office area in a pleasant manner and responding to their business needs, while monitoring all visitors who enter the facility for security purposes. Conduct normal telephone protocol by answering all incoming calls and responding appropriately to their requests or questions and taking messages when needed. Processes all outgoing mail and maintains the front office area which includes all business equipment used on a daily basis. Handles resident monies and completes receipts out of the Resident Trust Funds for distribution upon request by residents. Will accept all incoming revenues and distribute to the appropriate staff person. Do daily deposit slips for resident monies and meals, cokes, stamps, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good interpersonal skills in dealing with all types of individuals
OTHER DUTIES:
To assure resident safety.

As assigned, which may include some holidays; non-exempt position
