ABM - Savannah is Hiring a 1st Shift HVAC Tech Near Dallas, TX
- Maintains relevant logs and documentation
- Calibrates temperature control sensors, receivers, and transmitters
- Responds to emergency situations
- Inspects HVAC systems and their components
- Effectively monitors and adjusts interior environments via building automation system
- Makes designated rounds, documents equipment operating conditions, and identifies and reports non-compliant conditions
- Performs advanced preventative maintenance functions
- Completes root cause analysis on troubled equipment, correctly troubleshoots problems and makes appropriate repairs
- Shows proficiency with the procedures/processes required to effectively test and analyze systems that utilize water treatment chemicals
- High school diploma/GED is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- At least 2 years related experience.
- EPA 608 cerification.
