Job Duties and Responsibilities This role will be working within the 5G Supply Chain Team. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally to design, implement, and track key projects and processes. They will partner cross-functionally to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and communicated to. They will also create tools, processes, and systems to improve the overall efficiency of the program and solve ongoing challenges. In addition, the Program Manager will take on ad-hoc projects as needed. In this role, you will: Proactively identify and address opportunities and challenges, seeing solutions through to completion Drive the development of best practices and organizational process enhancements Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting for cross-functional teams Manage key operational support functions and special projects Collaborate with teams to establish processes for tracking critical activities and milestones Research and address various organizational issues as they arise Monitor and respond to critical data points impacting network deployment Skills, Experience and Requirements As a successful Supply Chain Program Manager, you will have: 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in GSuite and MS Office; advanced skills preferred BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Demonstrated ability to quickly ingest data and transform it into actionable reporting Success in championing key projects to completion with enthusiasm Strong project management skills, including planning and organizing Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills Salary Ranges Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $90,400.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan
