The Training Associate are responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of a company's workforce. Trainers work to ensure that a company has a workforce that can meet its current and future business objectives, and deliver quality products and services that meet customers' needs. They will organize, facilitate, and deliver training programs for front-line employees including Order Entry, Clerical Support, Record Retrieval, Customer Service, Production, QC, and Billing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Education and/or Experience
Prior work experience in a trainer position that required organizing, facilitating and delivering training programs. Previous experience in a legal services environment, insurance claims office, or within the company is preferred.
