ABIDSS, Inc. is Hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst Near Loma Linda, CA

The ideal candidate for our Quality Assurance Analyst role will have strong computer skills, especially in Excel. Good analytical research skills, problem-solving and strong critical thinking ability are only natural additions as our Analyst will review the company workflows/performance, always checking for quality. 

Position will be full time, remote, working a solid schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm PT. It may be necessary to work overtime depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Monitor & record service quality as compared to Company standards of key workflow processes as requested by management.
  • Maintain regular reporting on key Office/Departmental/Staff quality metrics.
  • Provide data and identify key areas for improvement to assist staff in achieving department standards.
  • Research underlying reasons for performance that are outliers compared to overall company results, identifying what is contributing to higher or lower outcomes.
  • Understand Client expectations/requirements and ABI’s meeting/failing short of same.
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify key metrics for review.
  • Create and maintain databases and excel files, including but not limited to, weekly/monthly quality metrics, improvement, changes in processes.
  • Work with Management to research client escalations and reporting.
  • Monitor ’Work in Progress‘ for new and sensitive client orders by utilizing the appropriate system and internal reporting tools.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience  

  • Prior work experience in a legal services environment, insurance claims office, or within the company.
  • Familiarity with state and federal legal statutes and code, state and federal legal documents, legal terminology, and HIPAA.
  • Previous experience in management of work flow processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess intermediate or high level skills in MS Excel and other MS Office programs.
  • Must audit own work for accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‐pressure environment.
  • Ability to adapt to ongoing change.
