ABC’s National Support Center in Beloit, WI is currently seeking a talented Pricing Analyst. Reporting to the Manager of Pricing and Pricing Support, this associate will provide hands-on price focused analysis by developing reporting, tools, and dashboards for use by management at various levels within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and help improve field pricing software (Vendavo). Support company-wide implementation of pricing resets by creating and managing analytical tools and processes that assist field teams in making more informed pricing decisions. Help identify opportunities and manage processes to raise sales and profitability through price optimization strategies. Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, market opportunities, operating and sales margins in order to develop reports, procedures, and tools for pricing. Perform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives. Provide regular and ad-hoc pricing analysis and reporting to management. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Accounting, Math, Statistics preferred) 2-5 years of related experience Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Tableau experience highly preferred Experience using Crystal Reports or like software to design and create reports a plus Position requires up to 30% travel with day trips to Chicago as necessary SKILLS & TRAITS Strong analysis and problem solving skills Exceptional communication/presentation skills at all levels within the organization Self-directed time and project management Ability to work independently or in a group setting with a complex flow of information Ability to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines Inquiries and/or resumes can be forwarded to miranda.hallett@abcsupply.com
