Job Description:
MUST HAVE 5 years hands on experience with with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, ETC.) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSTION
Purchase and order parts required for construction projects
Be able to schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets.
Ability to price jobs from reports from field technicians via photos ,knowledge, and prior data.
