$2500-$5000 Sign on Bonus

ABC Home & Commercial Services is looking to hire a Commercial HVAC Service Technician. This position requires the ability to be Cooperative, Team Builder, Precise and efficient.

Are you Qualified?

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for identifying repair and /or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading large commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and the customer’s requirements.

Requirements

• 5 year experience as an HVAC Service and Refrigeration technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC Refrigeration field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Must be available 1 week a month for after-hours standby.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, rooftops and outside in all conditions
• EPA recover license required and register with the State of Texas as a ACR Tech
