Overview

Abacus Technology is seeking a Training Specialist to provide technical assessments and development support for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Provide training evaluations that include assessments of and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs. Support training required to execute test activities. Assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training. Support the development of program specific handbooks and training courses (including computer based training). Assist in training, implementation and execution of policies, practices and procedures through various venues, working groups, Integrated Process Team (IPT), independent assessment visit, consultation visits and tailored instruction.

Qualifications

4 years experience in training management and support. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Must be detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Requires good communications skills and the ability to work professionally with all levels of an organization. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
