ABACUS SCHOOL OF AUSTIN is Hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant Near Leander, TX
Warm, friendly and customer service oriented individual needed for the front desk of a private preschool in Austin. This position requires a candidate who can work 1:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Qualifications:
Punctual, dependable and responsible.
Strong ability to relate to children and adults.
Ability to acknowledge parents and children as they enter the building prior to controlled access, and as they leave the building to assure the safety, happiness, and well-being of all.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask.
Support the director as needed with confidential HR related tasks.
Good phone etiquette.
Ability to help in classrooms as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
