Primary Responsibilities

• Start-to-finish biweekly payroll processing for multiple facilities.
• Maintain timekeeping, reports, and employee recordkeeping including but not limited to: rate changes, bonus payments, garnishments, new hires and terminations, etc.
• Support Accounting to verify and reconcile payroll transactions. Perform A/P duties. 
• Benefits administration and participation in open enrollment initiatives. 
• Support employees to advance Paylocity self-service usage.
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment including orientations.
• Communicate Policies & Procedures to ensure supervisor and employee understanding and compliance. May evaluate circumstances to determine proper actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.

Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area with strong ability to maintain confidentiality and a positive outlook.
• 2 solid years' of experience start-to-finish payroll processing for a company over 50 employees. Paylocity experience ideal.
• Good business related math skills.
• Some interviewing and benefits administration experience ideal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service attitude with patience for interruptions.
• Highly organized with outstanding detail and accuracy in work.
