Job Summary:
As a Benefits Specialist at AAON, you will be supporting various employee benefits, including but not limited to insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, etc.), 401(k) retirement plan and assisting as needed with leave of absence’s (LOA). The ideal candidate should have strong experience and knowledge in leave management, benefits operation, and applicable compliance requirements per different types of plans. You will be educating participants on various AAON benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability.

Bachelor's Degree in business/human resources, or related field required.10 years of benefits administration experience in lieu to education.
