AAGI is Hiring a District Manager Near Longmont, CO

AAGI is looking for Sales Leaders to grow our Sales Team! Our Sales Team is committed to providing personalized, responsive service, and our integrity, accountability and commitment to our partners has been nationally recognized.

Position Description:

Primary responsibilities include supporting existing dealers and have a keen ability to market and generate new business. The successful candidate will be required to effectively maximize AAGI product penetration by demonstrating and delivering on the AAGI value proposition in both the short and long term. The position requires leadership ability as well as strong social, analytical, and presentation skills. Additionally, the position engages in cross department collaboration with marketing, ACE, claims, and the executive team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support AAGI dealers in your area by demonstrating our proven process and taking deals.

• Identify key opportunities, manage, and optimize dealership performance in your district.

• Cultivate relationships vertically in defined district.

• Be an ambassador and first line of contact for AAGI customers.

• Collaborate with marketing and Sales Team in creating store specific incentive contests.

• Deliver cross department collaboration including performance optimization within your district and dealers, new product input, individual development plans (your blueprint for success), as well as HR, Marketing, and claims team.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have three or more years of direct automotive finance experience with both domestic and import stores. Sales experience at an automotive aftermarket company will also be considered.

• Deep understanding of Retail Automotive Operations

• Comfortable being uncomfortable and engage with decision makers at a high level (not be intimidated).

• Ability to effectively evaluate relationship opportunities and communicate plan of action

• Self starter that can proactively manage their time and tasks to optimize ROI

• Exceptional presentation, consulting and communications skills are non negotiable.

• Able to network and build relationships with peers across the organization.

• We believe strongly in associate development and promote development opportunities through other, and expanded, roles

• Proficient in Google/Sales Force suite of Products a plus
