Acts as liaison between advertising/media agencies, internal creative/production team, and external vendors, to ensure accurate exchange of all relevant information; focused on supporting the Insurance and Financial Services business lines; facilitates workflow and project traffic using agency workflow system; maintains business line records.
Maintains marketing activity matrix for business line as assigned to include internal and external channels, content, quantities, frequency, publication/distribution date and results if applicable. Maintains marketing plans, updating as necessary under general direction of the marketing team.
Works with the Marketing Specialist to gathers data to open, track status for, and close all marketing jobs; Opens and manages IT tickets, traffics approved advertising and collateral materials; attends regular marketing meetings with business lines and follows through on projects as assigned.
Collaborates and communicates key information with many different internal departments such as Creative, Marketing, Purchasing, & Analytics. Ensures timely and accurate production of marketing materials.
Coordinates projects and ensures timely delivery of campaigns.
Maintains the marketing calendar.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Associates degree required, or 3-4 years of additional relevant experience Bachelors degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field Experience: Agency or in – house marketing experience preferred Experience with agency workflow/traffic software a plus Skills & Abilities: Think, Act & Be Safe. Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate with others by telephone, in written form, electronically, or in person.
