Collaborates with Customer Support team members with customer issues/complaints/pain-points with all digital products. Be the “pain-points” expert and work with Digital Business Partners, UX and development teams to implement pain-point solutions. Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, including training and professional development opportunities. Support AAA testing and optimization by ensuring all content and production page elements meet current UI/UX standards and best practices Execute automated test scripts, unit, integration, system and UI testing, and ADA compliance remediation testing and verification. Develop and support management of testing plans, including full regression test plan, to ensure website meets customer acceptance criteria Assists the Digital Business Partners in preparing use cases and test plans and providing QA expertise input on the impact of projects in the current business workflows. Responsible for adding detailed user stories into JIRA for engineering development team support. Creates, runs, and maintains automated test cases. Assists the Developers with technical specification reviews, reports potential business problems utilizing business and technical knowledge, and tests for quality and meeting production process standards. Communicates testing expectations to project managers and team members. The QA documents, tracks, and communicates test plans, test results, analysis and unresolved problems prior to production. Ensures proper functionality and end-user acceptance, including production checkout of deployments as needed. Tests impact to applications due to upgrades of browsers, operating systems, etc. Plans and prepares test scripts/setup for integration, system, load and regression testing based on organizational goals. Manages documentation of QA processes and methodology in the form of procedures, guidelines, and testing manuals. Creates and builds out test and production environments. Continuously improves test models, test data and test processes based on lessons learned. Rolls out problem tracking system(s), configuration management tool(s) and processes. Integrates services and products from third-party vendors, consultants, and contractors. Works with third party software vendors as required in testing and implementation stages of the project cycle. Leads the tracking of compliance and reporting of defects. Assembles and analyzes results of testing to determine improvement areas. Monitors new trends regarding application engineering, application quality, mobile/web, ADA, and regulatory actions concerning compliance. Performs as a key member of project teams through all phases of realization, go-live and rollout, and post implementation support. Typically supports projects of day-to-day tasks, moderate to severe complexity. Provides timely and accurate reports concerning the performance of production and test systems. Acknowledges and abides by all Digital and IT Security Policies and PCI compliance. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. 7-10 years in QA, testing web based applications, data testing, and/or performance testing At least 2 years in a management role; project management experience is a plus. 5 years of experience in quality production readiness preparation and testing, including automated testing Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and quality assurance best practices. Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter. Familiarity with Jira Gitlab experience is a plus Experience in testing Web and Mobile Applications on different platforms, browsers and devices. .Net, HTML, CSS, Javascript understanding Familiarity with A/B testing and reporting best practices as well as PCI Compliance best practices and ADA compliance WCAG 2.1 AA Sitecore / Adobe products knowledge is a plus AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is an equal opportunity employer.
