AAA is hiring for a Digital Content Analyst to join our team! The Analyst is responsible for managing key content & marketing initiatives as well as advertising objectives, including coordinating ad placements and content with outside vendors and both in-house and outside sales team members. This position will manage implementation of weekly content within the companies CMS in an effort to meet organizational goals. The Analyst will oversee communication between email marketing team and other internal business lines to organize and implement revenue generating sales assets for both AAA World and The Extra Mile. Manage online/digital ad reservations and trafficking. Communicate ad specifications, proofing process, proof of placement, etc. with outside vendors and sales team members. Conduct research to enhance SEO and SEM strategies and devise plans to implement such strategies. Continually monitor, educate and execute industry changes in these areas. Provide detailed reports outlining ad sizes, placement, versions, etc. Traffic all ads to appropriate departments and ensure that all advertisements are implemented properly for revenue generating guarantee. Manage digital ad placement, tracking, screenshots and additional proof of performance for internal and external advertising clients. Serve as the liaison between the Email Marketing Team and the AAA World Sales Team. Manage all Sales Team assets as well as communications with outside vendors, including, but not limited, to the development of digital advertisements, imagery, text and various types of digital marketing assets. Collect, prepare/create and enter digital assets (copy, photography, videos, etc.) into CMS. Manage assets to be organized and comprehensible within the company CMS. Oversee QA process for online digital content within portions of ACA’s website. Align with multiple Business Lines throughout QA process. Lead the implementation of The Extra Mile, AAA World, AAA Traveler and other business line marketing plans and strategies within the online content hub, including the coordination, preparation, communication, and distribution of these initiatives. Aid in compiling email content, advertising, and imagery. Participate in weekly proofing of The Extra Mile email, including all the revenue-generating advertisements within the emails. Develop supporting content strategies that support the enterprise content strategy. Research trending topics and write content when needed, including identifying relevant topics, fact-checking, and analyzing sources. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned, across the department. Help oversee company drawings/sweepstakes/promotions. Accurately perform all position-related clerical/administrative tasks. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent. 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with a focus on customer service. Ability to manage key organizational programs. Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives while maintaining a high degree of quality. High degree of professionalism and effective interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Extensive PC proficiency with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Proficient in conducting market research on the Internet. Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines independently. Strong analytical skills and general knowledge of accounting principles. High level of attention to detail. Working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PhotoShop. Knowledge of Adobe, WordPress, and SiteCore a plus. AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is an equal opportunity employer.
