Energy Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of AAA Club Alliance Inc., is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines Insurance team in Winchester, KY! This individual will start out as a receptionist, greeting clients, venders and visitors when they enter the office. Once they obtain the required license and complete training, they will transition into the Customer Service role within our Personal Lines Account Management team. We are looking for someone who will Greet visitors, determine their needs, check appointments and direct them to the proper person or office. Receive all telephone calls incoming to the agency and refer call to the proper person or office. Communicate with carriers on behalf of account managers to assist with questions or concerns Take messages for agency personnel. Assist agency personnel to initiate telephone calls, as necessary.
