Client Relations Analyst – Americas Intermediary/Retail Team PineBridge seeks a Client Relations Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative team focused on supporting the Intermediary and Retail Sales channel in the Americas. The Client Relations Analyst will work alongside the Relationship Manager, and in close collaboration with the Intermediary sales team, supporting and servicing the firm’s existing clients. This role will touch all asset classes and requires a basic understanding of the asset management business. Exposure to the intermediary and retail sales channel is a huge plus given the added complexities of supporting these clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: In conjunction with the Relationship Manager, designated as the day-to-day contact with ownership for facilitating all clients’ servicing needs; the expectation is that over time, this role will lead the day-to-day administrative component of these client relationships. Liaise and establish strong relationships with internal teams (Client Reporting/Performance, RFP, Marketing, Compliance, Investments, Billing, Operations, and Legal) to ensure client account maintenance and reporting needs are met. Utilize all resources available to develop, and deliver client-ready reporting, in accordance with client-specified timelines. Act as the Client Relations point person for client deliverables – both interfacing with the clients and internal teams. Manage list of deliverables to ensure requests are completed on time. Ensure accuracy of content and reporting before sending information to clients or portfolio managers. Assist with proofing and finalizing client fund commentary, due diligence questionnaires, compliance questionnaires, and portfolio review presentations, among other things Coordinating and participating as appropriate in client and prospect meetings and calls, including the creation of briefing notes, presentation materials, recording meeting notes, and quarterbacking any follow-ups Assist RM in tracking performance, communicating cash flows, and updating internal spreadsheets, dashboards, and databases, including Salesforce Participate in team projects to enhance internal client service procedures and streamline the flow of information Client communication, including invitations to events and webinars, setting up quarterly and annual meetings and calls, sharing our latest firm and asset class insights. Maintain and manage, in coordination with Marketing, client/prospect distribution lists for business development communications and marketing campaigns; keep lists updated in Salesforce. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; finance, economics, or business focus preferred Preference for 0-2 years’ industry experience, ideally with exposure to the intermediary / retail channel Strong written skills with attention to detail. Ability to proofread and fact check fund commentary, questionnaires, reporting, and presentations prior to delivering to clients and/or Portfolio Managers Takes initiative, self-motivated, and will see a deliverable or project through to the end without reminders or prompting, delivering on time. The ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple deliverables at once is extremely important. Communication and organization are key as many outstanding items with various due dates at any given time. A lot of balls in the air that require communication at various stages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively within the firm, as well as externally Ability to organize information and data in a presentable manner, viewing the information through the recipient’s eyes Strong proficiency in MS Office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with experience producing high quality presentations and reports. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus. Ability to think outside the box, including how to do things more efficiently and adapt internal processes to better support the sub-advisory channel. Ability to work with a broad range of personalities, folks who are both in the office and on the road. #LI-Hybrid
