Description

The Human Resources Coordinator completes administrative duties will handle the day-to-day

functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including maintaining the HRIS database,

answering employee request, supporting the HR team in all business location. This role will

assist with employee communications and enforcing company policies and practices.

• Ensures completion of new hire orientation.
• Record keeping and file maintenance including entering data and uploading documentation into HRIS and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
• Assists with benefit education and enrollment company wide.
• Sends Exit Interview notifications and provides Management and Executive Team with results
• Assist with developing various surveys and ensures participation.
• Processes HR mail and performs other clerical functions as needed.
• Maintains HR email and ensures proper response from HR team in a timely manner.
• Performs employee service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Helps to communicate policies and processes to employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate set up of PTO and sick time accruals

Requirements

• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Paylocity experience a plus.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
