We are seeking Full-Time, Part-time, and (PRN) Master’s Level Clinicians to provide clinical support to our behavioral health programs (Outpatient, Intensive In-home Counseling (IIH), Community Stabilization and residential crisis stabilization). We are seeking qualified clinical staff with either of the following credentials:

• Master’s in Counseling
• Master’s in Rehabilitation counseling
• Master’s in Psychology 
• Master’s in Social Work

We are looking for these qualified individuals to engage in clinical duties under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional as well as engage in direct care hours which will count towards hours needed to obtain licensure. Qualified candidates will either work in our residential crisis stabilization unit in the Short Pump, Virginia area ( see example schedules below) or maintain a caseload of individuals in the IIH, outpatient or Community stabilization programs. We are an organization seeking to grow and expand upon the services we provide to the community and there are many opportunities to grow within the organization. The training and supervision you obtain here will prepare you to be a clinical leader in the field. Some of the duties expected include but are not limited to facilitating clinical groups and individual sessions, treatment planning, assessments, support individuals with activities of daily living, connecting individuals to resources and other supportive services in the community.

Week 1

Sun 7am-3pm, Mon Off, Tues 3p-11p, Wed- 9am-5pm, Thur- 9am-5pm, Fri-7am-3pm, Sat- Off.

Week 2

Sun Off, Mon 7am-3pm, Tues 3p-11p, Wed- 9am-5pm, Thur- 9am-5pm, Fri-Off, Sat- 7am-3pm.

Week 1

Sun Off, Mon 3pm to 11p, Tues 9a-5p, Wed-3pm to 11p, Thur- 9am-5pm, Fri-Off, Sat- 3-11p.

Week 2

Sun 3pm to 11p, Mon Off, Tues 9am-5pm, Wed- 3pm to 11p, Thur- 9am-5pm, Fri-3pm to 11p, Sat- Off
