A Sip Consulting is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Sartell, MN

A Sip Consulting is assisting a growing and successful Insurance Agency in the St. Cloud with a search for candidates in a Customer Support Specialist role. The Customer Support Specialist will partner with the agency wwner and managers to establish and implement systems, processes, and operations to build agency customer loyalty. The Customer Support Specialist will help develop, monitor, report, and support efforts of the agency to attract and retain customers across all our branches.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Manages and monitors multiple customer touch points for a continued long-term relationship over the life cycle of the customer.

· Partner with agency owner and managers to solidify the strategy that educates and sets customer expectations.

· Monitors the customer's needs to ensure the agency exceeds their expectations.

· Establishes processes for onboarding new and transfer customers.

· Assists agency owner in achieving agency customer loyalty and satisfaction goals.

· Responsible for initiating and adopting best practices for positive agency customer contact (Consistent Customer Connections).

· Creates and implements loyalty social media content postings as directed by agency owner or managers.

· Ensures the agency is implementing all future documentation enhancements that strengthen the customer relationship.

· Identifies and communicates cross selling opportunities discovered through customer interactions or data analysis, NO cold calling or selling in this position.

· This is an on-site position; no remote work is available.

· Other duties and responsibilities as directed by Agency Owner or Managers.

· Demonstrated customer service experience.

· Experience with Microsoft Office.

· Detail oriented.

Benefits of the Customer Support Specialist:
